Listening & Understanding Class
A group class built around patient listening and constructive conversation within families. Every exercise is practical and skills-oriented. There is no requirement to discuss personal situations, and facilitators never comment on individual circumstances.
Participants receive a small workbook to complete during the session and keep afterwards. The workbook reinforces the exercises and provides a framework for continued practice at home.

Family File Organiser
A practical set of templates and a guided setup walkthrough designed to help families keep shared paperwork ordered and accessible. The templates cover common document categories and include a bilingual labelling system for households that use both English and Thai.
The guided setup takes roughly two hours and follows a checklist so nothing is missed. Once in place, the system is simple to maintain and can be used by any adult member of the household.

Sessions are held online, making them accessible from anywhere in Thailand. Recordings are available to all active members within two days of each live session.
