1. About Calmway

Calmway is an independent family education organisation based in North Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand. We offer group learning workshops, document-organisation tools, and a peer community membership centred on broad family communication topics. Nothing we provide constitutes individual counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at calmwaydas.biz, submitting a contact or registration form, or completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• You agree to comply with all applicable Thai laws and these terms

If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

3. Nature of Our Services

All Calmway programmes are general educational in nature. They are designed to share broad knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills related to family communication and document organisation. Specifically:

• Listening & Understanding Class — a group workshop covering communication skills and listening techniques, suitable for adults in family contexts. Includes a workbook. Sessions are not tailored to any participant's personal circumstances.
• Family File Organiser — a template and setup package to help households arrange shared paperwork. The materials are general-purpose; they do not constitute legal, financial, or administrative advice.
• Steady Support Membership — a 12-month community access covering moderated peer circles, workshop recordings, and curated reading on broad family topics. No individual advice is provided at any time.

Calmway team members and facilitators are not licensed professionals in any regulated field. Any information shared in sessions or materials is for general educational awareness only.

4. Registration and Enrolment

To access any paid service you must submit a completed registration or contact form and receive written confirmation from Calmway. A place is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation message from our team.

You are responsible for ensuring the registration details you provide are accurate and up to date. Calmway may refuse enrolment at our reasonable discretion without detailed explanation.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by Thai law. Current prices are:

• Listening & Understanding Class — ฿3,500 per participant
• Family File Organiser — ฿8,500 per household package
• Steady Support Membership — ฿23,500 for 12 months

Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to your enrolment is the one confirmed in writing at the time of your registration. Full payment is required before access is granted.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Workshops (Listening & Understanding Class)

If you cancel your place more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled session date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable; however, you may transfer your place to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

Family File Organiser

Because digital template materials are made available upon purchase, this service is non-refundable once the materials have been delivered. If delivery has not yet occurred, a full refund will be arranged.

Steady Support Membership

A full refund is available within 14 calendar days of the membership start date, provided you have not accessed more than one session or workshop recording. After the 14-day period, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Participant Conduct

All participants in workshops, community circles, or any Calmway-organised gathering agree to:

• Treat fellow participants and facilitators with respect and courtesy at all times
• Refrain from recording sessions, sharing session content externally, or reproducing materials without written permission
• Not share another participant's personal disclosures outside the session
• Avoid any conduct that disrupts the learning environment or causes distress to others

Calmway reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All workbooks, templates, checklists, workshop materials, recordings, and website content produced by Calmway are the intellectual property of Calmway. Materials provided to participants are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, adapt, or publish any Calmway materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Calmway's services are purely educational. We make no representation that outcomes will meet any individual's personal objectives, and we do not accept liability for any decisions made by participants based on content covered in workshops, materials, or community discussions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Calmway's total liability to any participant in connection with these terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits Calmway's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Website Use

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the site
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with the site's operation
• Misrepresent your identity when submitting any form

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and accept no liability for any losses arising from periods of downtime.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By agreeing to these terms you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

12. Cookies

We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Essential cookies are necessary for the site to function; other cookies are only placed with your consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes affecting active enrolments, we will notify participants by email.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.
